A. All pleadings or documents filed which are required to be served on the opposing party may be served by first class U.S. mail, or registered (or certified) mail with return receipt. A certificate of such service in accordance with §301 shall be filed concurrently with the filing of such pleadings or documents. Service may also be accomplished in accordance with any provision of the Code of Civil Procedure, or other applicable law.La. Admin. Code tit. 69, § I-313
