Section I-305 - Payment under Protest NoticeA. If the petition is an appeal pursuant to a payment under protest, the taxpayer should insert on the transmitting cover letter a bold/all caps/red-font typed "PAYMENT UNDER PROTEST APPEAL" label.B.
