Section VII-511 - Policy of Non-DiscriminationA. The state licensing agency assures that it shall not exclude from participation, deny the benefits of the program or otherwise subject any person to discrimination because of the person's gender, age, physical or mental impairment, religion, race, creed, national origin, or political affiliation in accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.B. Every licensed manager of a Business Enterprises Program Facility shall operate the business enterprise in such a manner that no person shall be subject to discrimination because of the person's gender, age, physical or mental impairment, religion, race, creed, national origin, or political affiliation whether that person is a present or prospective supplier, customer, employee or other individual who might come into contact with the enterprise.La.
