Section VII-302 - Construction of Regulations; SeverabilityA. Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be construed as to conflict with any provision of the Act 128 or any other applicable statute. If any provision of any rule is held invalid by any state or federal court in Louisiana, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Rule and court's finding shall not be construed to invalidate any of the other provisions of this Chapter.La.
