Section VII-1721 - Program IncomeA. Program income means gross income received by the grantee directly generated by a grant supported activity, or earned only as a result of the grant agreement during the grant period. During the grant period is the time between the effective date of the award and the ending date of the award. When authorized program income shall be retained by the recipient and used for costs which are in addition to the allowable costs of the project or program but which nevertheless further the objectives of the grant.La.
