Section VII-1703 - Federal Financial ParticipationA. The total federal financial participation in expenditures for construction of facilities for community rehabilitation program purposes for each year can not exceed 10 percent of LRS' allotment of Section 110 Funds for that year.B. For each fiscal year, LRS' expenditures for rehabilitation services under the state plan, other than for construction and establishment of community rehabilitation program facilities, will at least equal the expenditures for vocational rehabilitation services for the second prior fiscal year.La.
