Section VII-1123 - Evaluation Team ResponsibilitiesA. The evaluation team shall determine the eligibility of the person with a significant disability for the SPAS Program.B. The evaluation team will re-evaluate the consumer/recipient of the SPAS Program through annual reviews of the reconsideration and personal assistance plan if applicable to determine the continued need for SPAS.La.
