Section VII-121 - Conditions for Case ClosureA. Options for Closure. An individual's case can be closed at any time in the vocational rehabilitation process when it has been determined that: 1. the individual is not available for services;2. the individual is ineligible;3. appropriate planned services, expenditures and reports have been completed, and additional services are either unnecessary or inappropriate, except as may be provided under post-employment services.B. Closure as Successfully Rehabilitated. An individual is determined to have achieved an employment outcome if the following requirements are met. 1. The provision of services under the individual's IPE has contributed to the achievement of the employment outcome.2. The employment outcome is consistent with the individual's strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice.3. The employment outcome is in the most integrated setting possible, consistent with the individual's informed choice.4. The individual has maintained the employment outcome for a period of at least 90 days.5. The individual and the rehabilitation counselor consider the employment outcome to be satisfactory and agree that the individual is performing well on the job.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § VII-121
