Section III-3301 - Phase Out of General Assistance ProgramA. The Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Family Security will discontinue accepting applications for its general assistance program with the benefits currently being paid phased out and will eliminate all expenditures under the program no later than June 30, 1986.La.
