Section III-2117 - Recovery of Overissued BenefitsA. Establishment of claims, penalties, and collection methods for LaCAP households shall be handled in accordance with procedures outlined in Chapter 19, Subchapter P, Recovery of Over-Issued Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Benefits.La.
