Section III-1997 - Drug and Alcohol Treatment CentersA. Residents of publicly operated community mental health centers which provide the same type of residential programs for alcoholic or drug rehabilitation as private, nonprofit institutions will be considered individual households and, if eligible, may participate in SNAP.B.
