Section III-1961 - Adjustment of Standard DeductionA. Effective October 1, 2002, the standard deduction shall be set at 8.31 percent of the poverty level based on household size of up to six persons. The standard deduction will be adjusted in accordance with directives from the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service.La. Admin. Code tit. 67, § III-1961
