Section XXV-203 - Retiree Eligible CandidatesA. A retiree member candidate for a position on the board of trustees must be a retired member of MERS as of the date that the nomination period for the seat closes.B. Any person convicted of a felony offense shall be prohibited from being a candidate for a period of five years after the latter of their conviction or the end of their imprisonment.La. Admin.
