Section III-745 - Appendix 9-Letters of No Objection and Other PermitsA. The applicant must forward copies of the pre-application to the appropriate state, federal and local agencies to obtain letters of no objection and/or permits as required by these agencies. Copies of the letters of no objection and permits must be submitted to the Louisiana Dam Safety Program as part of the applicant's application under this program.La. Admin. Code tit. 56, § III-745
