Section XXI-301 - Biennial Risk AssessmentA. Every parish and municipality shall perform a biennial risk assessment in the form and format prescribed by the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness for the at-risk population with the results thereof to be provided to the Governor's Office of Homeland Security on or before December 1, 2006 and on or before that date every second year thereafter as prescribed by the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.La.
