Section XVII-913 - Back Pay PolicyA. The department's fiscal year ends on June 30th, therefore, Legislative approval is required for back supplemental pay beyond July. The Board of Review must approve all back supplemental pay, whether or not it extends beyond the current fiscal year.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § XVII-913
