Section XVII-515 - [Effective 10/29/2024] DeathA. In the event of an employee death, written notification must be received within 15 days. If the employee was due any supplemental pay, the check will be payable to his estate. Please return any supplemental checks made payable to an employee who is deceased.La. Admin.
