Section XVII-505 - [Effective 10/29/2024] SuspensionsA. Notification by Warrant. Draw one line through the employee's name and write the suspension date beside the name or under the Social Security number. See "Sample Warrant" (§2013).B. Notification by Letter. The letter should state the employee's name, Social Security number, and the effective date of the suspension.
