Section XV-511 - [Effective 10/29/2024] Change in Classification/TitleA. As with changes in duties, a letter is required. Where applicable, the Civil Service Personnel Action Form should be attached to the letter. The letter should state the employee's name, Social Security number, nature of the change, and the effective date of the change.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § XV-511
