Section XV-505 - [Effective 10/29/2024] SuspensionsA. Notification by Warrant. Only when an employee is suspended 15 days or more, draw one line through the employee's name and write the suspension date beside the name under the Social Security number. See "Sample Warrant" (§2009).B. Notification by Letter. The letter should state the employee's name, Social Security number, and the suspension date.
