Section XV-305 - When to Submit Applications to Public SafetyA. As covered in §905, new employees must wait one year before beginning to draw supplemental pay. The application must be submitted within 60 days of the end of this waiting period. It is the board's policy to pay only one month of back pay in the event of late submission of an application.
