Section VI-504 - Exemption for Industrial FacilitiesA. For purposes of R.S. 1730.29, the exemption (excluding the applicable requirements of the Louisiana State Plumbing Code) for industrial facilities shall apply to any structure or building constructed inside the restricted access area of the facility. However, any structure or building that is constructed outside the restricted access area of the facility or any structure or building located inside the restricted access area of the facility that is accessible by the public are subject to the requirements of the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code.La.
