Section V-5058 - Notice of Internal Inspection of BoilersA. The owner or user of a boiler or boilers not exempted by the Act or by rules and regulations promulgated under the Act shall be provided 14 days notice of impending internal inspection requirements, by the inspector responsible for inspections of subject boiler(s). No such notice shall be required for external inspections. No inspection shall be made on Sunday or other legal holiday by an inspector employed by the Department of Public Safety except in case of accident or other emergency.La. Admin.
