Section V-5034 - Repairs and Alterations to Boilers and Pressure VesselsA. Repairs and alterations to boilers and pressure vessels shall be made, in accordance with the currently adopted version of the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC), only by, or on behalf of, an owner/user, a repair organization, or an individual having a valid certificate of authorization for use of the R Symbol stamp issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.La.
