Section V-527 - Manufactured and Modular Housing Installer's LicenseA. Effective May 1, 1998, a manufactured or modular home may not be installed without a licensed manufactured or modular housing installer supervising installation work being performed. The licensed manufactured or modular housing installer is responsible for the reading, understanding, and following of the manufacturer's installation instructions and performance of non-licensed workers engaged in the installation of the home.La.
