Section V-505 - InspectionsA. The Uniform Standards Code for Manufactured Housing and Modular Housing, R.S. 51:911.32, allows employees and personnel under contract to the state fire marshal to enter, at a reasonable time, any factory, warehouse or establishment in which manufactured or modular houses are manufactured, stored or held for sale, for the purpose of ascertaining whether housing construction and safety standards have been and are being met.La.
