A. The provisions of this Chapter are to establish the training, registration and certification requirements for fire-resistant material applicators. The requirements for the enforcement of these provisions are established by this chapter in the interest of protecting and preserving lives pursuant to authority of R.S. 40:1603.La. Admin.
