Section IX-1511 - Re-ApplicationA. Any person, firm or corporation who has made application for a permit to enter the anhydrous ammonia business and whose request for permit has been denied, may re-submit an application 90 days after date of denial.La. Admin. Code tit. 55, § IX-1511
