Section IX-133 - Shall Purchase Containers Manufactured by Manufacturers Acceptable to the Authority Having JurisdictionA. All liquefied petroleum gas containers purchased shall be manufactured by a manufacturer acceptable to the commission.B. A manufacturer of liquefied petroleum gas containers shall be listed by the commission as acceptable when it has met or exceeded the requirements of Chapter 5, NFPA 58, 2017 edition and provided documentation acceptable to the commission of the same.La.
