Section IX-127 - InsuranceA. Insurance requirements for all persons, firms, or corporations with the same class permit or registration shall be the same. New dealer insurance requirements shall be the same as existing dealer requirements.B. The commission may invoke the applicable provisions of §117 when insurance requirements are not met.La. Admin.
