Section III-1911 - Identification Requirements for Foreign Exchange StudentsA. Foreign exchange students shall be required to submit a power of attorney, executed by a minor's parent(s) and awarding legal guardianship of the minor child to the major adult signing the application as the minor's legal guardian.
