Section I-609 - ReconsiderationA. Any affected person may file a request for reconsideration of an advisory opinion rendered by the board. No such request shall be considered by the board unless it is received by the staff within 30 days from the date of mailing of the advisory opinion which is the subject of the request for reconsideration.La.
