Section I-606 - Presentation of RequestsA. All requests for advisory opinions shall be presented to the board by the staff at a public meeting. Following the presentation, the board shall decline the request, defer action thereon pending further fact-finding, declare its opinion, or take the request under advisement.La. Admin.
