Section I-501 - DesignationA. The chairman, with the concurrence of a majority of the board, shall, with respect to each case in which charges have been filed and noticed for public hearing, designate an attorney to serve as trial attorney. The chairman shall make such designation, to the extent practicable, at the time charges are filed. Thereafter, the chairman may change the designation upon notice to the respondent.La. Admin.
