Section XXIV-727 - Abandoned Pools [formerly paragraph 24:028]A.1. A pool that is not in use and/or not intended for use that presents a situation endangering the public health as deemed by the state health officer, shall be either: b. filled with inert material;c. covered and anchored; ord. addressed by other methods submitted to and approved by the state health officer.2.
