Section XIII-739 - Sub-Manufacturer Qualifications [formerly paragraph 13:023-2]A. Applicants for a Sub-Manufacturer License shall submit, along with the license application, an endorsement from the manufacturer(s) for the brand(s) of plant(s) he wishes to construct, certifying that he is qualified to construct said plant(s) properly and in accordance with the requirements of this Code. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the required endorsement(s).B. Applicants for a Sub-Manufacturer License shall submit, along with the license application, proof that they have secured, for at least the duration of the license, general liability insurance in an amount of no less than $100,000/$300,000.La.
