Section XIII-705 - Installation of Individual Sewerage Systems [formerly paragraph 13:014-1]A. A person who wishes to engage in the business of installing or providing maintenance of individual sewerage systems shall obtain, in accordance with the procedures set forth in §737 of this Part, a license for such activity prior to making any such installations or providing maintenance. Such a license shall not be required, however, for an individual wishing to install an individual sewerage system, other than an individual mechanical plant, for his own private, personal use. Individual mechanical plants shall be installed and maintenance provided by licensed individual sewerage system installers and/or maintenance providers only.B.
