Section XII-509 - Court Appeals [formerly section 5.1 of paragraph V of appendix A]A. A person who is aggrieved by a final decision of the agency relative to penalty imposition may petition for judicial review according to the provisions of R.S. 49:964 of the Administrative Procedure Act. Proceedings for review may be instituted by filing a petition in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, within 30 days after mailing of notice of the final decision by the agency.
