Section XXI-5715 - Support CoordinationA. Support coordination is a service that will assist beneficiaries in gaining access to all of their necessary services, as well as medical, social, educational, and other services, regardless of the funding source for the services. Support coordinators shall be responsible for on-going monitoring of the provision of services included in the beneficiary's approved plan of care.La. Admin. Code tit. 50, § XXI-5715
