Section XV-4313 - Services Not Related to Terminal IllnessA. Any covered Medicaid services not related to the treatment of the terminal condition for which hospice care was elected, that are provided during a hospice election period, are billed to the bureau for non-hospice Medicaid payment. Prior authorization is required for any covered Medicaid services not related to the treatment of the terminal condition if such prior authorization is required by the bureau for non-hospice recipients.La.
