Section I-4231 - ConfidentialityA. All contents of claim reviews and investigations conducted under this Chapter shall remain confidential until a final administrative adjudication is entered. Prior to that, only the parties or their authorized agents and representatives may review the contents of the payment review and investigatory files, unless by law others are specifically authorized to have access to those files. These files may be released to law enforcement agencies, other governmental investigatory agencies, or specific individuals within the department who are authorized by the director of BHSF and the director of Program Integrity to have access to such information.La.
