Section I-4119 - Claims Review Scope and Extent

A. Prepayment and post-payment review may be limited to specific items or procedures or include all billings or claims by a provider.

B. The length of time a provider is on prepayment or post-payment review shall be at the sole discretion of the director of BHSF and the director of Program Integrity.
