Section I-921 - Previously Executed Advance DirectivesA. Except as provided by R.S. 40:1299.58.7(B) and (D), when the health care provider is presented with a copy of a patient's advance directive, the health care provider shall comply with the advance directive.La. Admin. Code tit. 50, § I-921
