Section I-137 - Collection for Trial Samples [Formerly 49:1.0210]A. When an official sample of a food, drug or cosmetic is the basis of a notice given under Section 637 of the Act, or of a case under the Act, and the person who is a party to the case, has a right under §135 to a part of the sample, such person or his attorney or agent may obtain a part of the sample upon request, provided the request is accompanied by a written waiver of right from the owner thereof and from each person named on the label of the article who has not exercised his right under §135 The operation of this paragraph shall be subject to the exceptions, terms, and conditions prescribed in paragraph § 135La.
