Section I-115 - Guaranty for a Specified Shipment [Formerly 49:1.0060]

A. A guaranty or undertaking limited to a specific shipment or other delivery of an article shall be a part of, or shall be attached to, the invoice or bill of sale covering such shipment or delivery.
