Section XXV-516 - ReconsiderationA. If the department denies an application and refuses to issue a certificate, a party to the agreement may request that the department reconsider its decision. The department shall then reconsider its decision in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 40:2254.5.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § XXV-516
