Section XI-3303 - Impersonation of an Emergency Medical TechnicianA. Whoever shall impersonate, refer to himself, or otherwise hold himself out as a basic, intermediate, or paramedic emergency medical technician without maintaining a current certification as such shall be fined up to $1,000, or imprisoned for six months, or both.La.
