Section V-1907 - Collection of FeesA. There are no patient fees for maternity care services provided at the health units except for women under 21 years of age who are eligible for Title XIX (Medicaid) in the EPSDT Program. Charges to EPSDT for services rendered to eligible women will be based on the fee schedule listed above under child health services.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § V-1907
