Section V-6501 - EligibilityA. All Louisiana residents are eligible to attend a regional genetics clinic for genetic evaluation and counseling. These services are directed to the index patient and his/her family. The index patient is the person who brings the family to the attention of the geneticist.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § V-6501
