Section V-3713 - Collection ProcedureA. At the end of the clinic visit, outstanding receivable accounts shall be handed a "1st Notice of Payment Due". At the end of 60 days, a "2nd Notice of Payment Due" shall be sent out.B. No services other than contraceptive method related emergency services shall be provided a client who has not paid on an outstanding account between clinic visit unless the client pays on the account prior to receiving services on the day that services are sought.La.
